This subscription is for you to pay a top up amount to get Express Shipping.
Top up charges for Fedex 2-Days Shipping as follow:
Zone 1: Australia, Brunei, New Zealand
Zone 2: Canada, U.S., Puerto Rico
Zone 3: Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greecce, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom), Mauritius, Mexico, Monaco, South Africa
Zone 4: Argentina, Bermuda, Brazil, Chile, Colomba, Costa Rica, Egypt, Maldives, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovenia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay
Zone 5 : India, Indonesia
Zone 6: China, Japan, Jordan. Philippines, South Korea

2. If you are located outside of US, remember to check the out-of-delivery / out skirts area >>HERE<<
If your location / postal code is stated is in the list, you would need to top up USD20 for the delivery surcharge. Drop us an email (email@example.com) to check with us. (Note: This surcharge is NOT applicable for U.S. & Singaporean Customers.)
3. FedEx shipping is an OPTIONAL upgrade. If you do not choose this shipping upgrade, your monthly kits will always, be sent using Pos Malaysia regular airmail.
With this shipping upgrade, you have the option to combine monthly kits and shop order with an affordable shipping charge. Shop orders placed from 1st - 10th monthly will be combined with subscription kits, and ship using FedEx International Priority automatically. PLEASE LEAVE A NOTE UPON CHECKING OUT AT OUR ONLINE STORE TO NOTIFY US. The email address used for purchases and subscription has to be the SAME so that our system will capture that.
If you would like to go back to normal airmail, don’t worry! You can cancel the subscription service for shipping upgrade anytime, without any commitment.
4. You can combined shop orders + all the kits that you have subscribed to (This is not applicable to US customers who did not subscribe for FedEx)
The shipping charges in the store and subscription are charged based on actual weight.
If there is any excess postage paid, we will process a refund via Paypal when we send you a shipping notice. On the other hand, we will send you an invoice for additional shipping top up if it exceed the weight limit.
